Amana Mentorship
Connect. Learn. Grow. — Connecting young people with experienced professionals for guided, purposeful development and growth.
Guided by experience.
Shaped by relationship.
Amana Mentorship pairs young people with experienced professionals who provide guidance, support and accountability in a structured, ongoing relationship. A mentor is more than an advisor — they are a guide, a sounding board and a source of encouragement.
Mentorship at AEC also functions as a connecting layer across all four programs — participants in Book Review, Leadership Forum and Digital Skills all have access to mentorship support that amplifies the value of their learning.
Program Model
Mentorship as a Cross-Program Layer
Mentors can support participants across Book Review, Leadership Forum and Digital Skills — making mentorship a thread that runs through the entire AEC experience, not just an isolated program.
